THE HAPPY ELECTION ISSUE

This week’s Good News from the ResistanceReader Alert! For the first time since we started publishing Good News we are going to lead with Bad News: The small-handed “leader” of the free world was not home (i.e., the White House, Mar-a-Lago or Bedminster) on November 7th to witness the fallout of his record low popularity, as voters in Red states and Blue repudiated him and all of the fear and evil he has imposed upon our country. Okay, now take a second to wipe that tear off your cheek and settle down to read the Good News Happy Election issue. Because as 45 gallivanted across Asia eating burgers and ice cream and ducking thousands of S. Koreans who showed up to protest his war-mongering ways, Americans turned out at the polls in record numbers to make sure that as of January 2018, governors’ mansions, state legislatures, and mayors’ offices across the country will think and look a lot more like us.

We, the people, demonstrated loud and clear that we are Indivisible, we are compassionate, and we know that down-ballot matters. Read the Good News about some of our favorite winners:
